Job Description

GHG/Energy/Water Management:

• Benchmark GHG/energy/water consumption against best practices.
• Conduct site inspections and energy/water surveys.
• Collect and maintain accurate GHG/energy/water monitoring data.
• Ensure optimal energy/water consumption at the factory level through appropriate M&I activities.
• Manage NEMT and NEST.

Develop and Implement GHG/Energy/Water Strategies:

• Create and oversee short and long-term projects and strategies to improve energy/water efficiency, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and minimize consumption.
• Implement cost-saving measures related to energy/water.
• Calculate budgets, project savings, and identify goals for energy/water projects.
• Collaborate with the engineering team on implementation.
• Participate in building design and renovation for energy efficiency.

Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company standards for energy/water management.
• Stay up-to-date on energy/water legislation.

IS GHG/Energy/Water Effectiveness:

• Monitor, analyze data, and take action to optimize energy/water consumption/efficiency in the Industrial Service area.
• Lead and implement sustainability projects in the Industrial Services area.

People:

• Lead, train, and develop team members.
• Oversee professional development and career planning for subordinates.
• Provide training and advice on GHG/energy/water efficiency.

Job Requirement

• 4 years of experience in a technical field, preferably in food manufacturing or consumer goods (Engineer Supervisor, Industrial Services, M&I, E&A/MES Engineer, or similar).
• Experience participating in M&I and/or Fixed Assets Maintenance responsibilities, including budget preparation, definition, control, and follow-up (preferably with TPM and preventive maintenance planning experience).
• Personnel supervisory experience (technical teams, Mechanical and Electrical contractors/suppliers/3rd parties).
• Participation in small engineering improvement projects, defining technical equipment for Production and/or Industrial Services.
• Participation in multi-disciplinary teams for process or packing optimization.
• Ability to work with defined indicators/objectives and proactively track them.
