Job Description
Training & Safety Coordination
- Prepare comprehensive training plans and strictly control the execution of training for new employees across all departments.
- Coordinate with department managers to plan and implement annual skill enhancement training for staff to ensure operational competency.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to monitor and enforce the strict implementation of 5S standards and workplace safety regulations.
Translation & Interpretation
- Provide accurate Chinese interpretation for management, officials, and factory workers, while summarizing key information during internal meetings.
- Translate technical documents and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from Chinese to Vietnamese accurately.
- Draft detailed process instructions and continuously update the operational document lists used by various departments.
Quality & Production Reporting
- Prepare and compile daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports related to finished product quality and production volumes.
- Handle prompt reporting to the Factory Director whenever operational or quality issues arise.
System Management & Administration
- Take full responsibility for building, implementing, and maintaining the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the Factory Director and senior management.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Chinese Language, Business Administration, Manufacturing Management, or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of professional working experience, preferably within a manufacturing or factory environment.
- Solid understanding of factory operations, 5S methodologies, workplace safety, and ISO 9001:2015 standards is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Good Chinese communication skills (both verbal and written) are strictly required to bridge the language gap effectively.
- Highly proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for comprehensive reporting and documentation.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and document management skills.
Personality & Attitude
- Proactive, careful, and highly responsible in handling daily operational tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a supportive attitude towards both management and factory workers.
