Job Description

Sample & Pattern Development

• Lead and manage the Sample/Pattern department in developing women’s fashion products.
• Review and analyze samples, patterns and specifications to ensure production feasibility.
• Translate design concepts into bulk production together with Design, Merchandising and Production teams.

Fitting, Construction & Technical Control

• Supervise fitting sessions and provide technical comments.
• Ensure accurate garment construction and quality standards.
• Handle technical issues during production.
• Support patternmaking and garment construction for bulk production.

Cost, Quality & Team Management

• Manage fabric consumption and support cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and company quality standards.
• Train, guide and provide technical support to Pattern Makers, Grading staff and workers.
• Communicate with international buyers and vendors in English.

Job Requirement

Education & Experience

• Technical education in garment fit and construction to degree level, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in garment manufacturing, including at least 2–3 years in an equivalent position.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong practical experience in patternmaking and garment construction for bulk production.
• Proficient in sewing techniques, including components requiring high technical skill.
• Able to use GERBER software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of sample room operations, fitting, construction, fabric consumption and production feasibility.

Language / Other Requirements

• Good English communication, both verbal and written.
• Technical test required.
• Experience in high-end fashion, blazer, suit, formal wear or woven garment manufacturing is preferred.
• Willing to work at factory site in Long Hau Industrial Park.

• Able to work with international buyers, BOD, Production and internal teams.
