Job Description
Corporate Client Relationship Management
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate customers.
- Develop relationships with potential corporate clients.
- Promote multinational company business in Vietnam to support department targets.
- Manage corporate client portfolios with revenue size around USD 30–200 million.
Credit Risk & Transaction Support
- Analyze customer credit risk.
- Handle and follow up transaction documentation processes.
- Monitor creditability and related updates for existing customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction execution.
Business Development & Internal Coordination
- Communicate and maintain relationships with Mizuho’s global networks, especially in Asia.
- Support department daily operations when required.
- Report directly to Team Head.
- Work with internal stakeholders to support customer and business requirements.
Job Requirement
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience as Relationship Manager in foreign banks is an advantage; candidates from local banks can be considered if English is strong.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
- Good credit risk analysis capability.
- Strong customer relationship management and business development skills.
- Able to manage corporate clients and banking transactions professionally.
- Able to work under high pressure.
Language / Other Requirements
- Fluent English communication is required.
- Vietnamese communication is required.
- Experience managing corporate clients with revenue size around USD 30–200 million is preferred.
- Interview process: 2 rounds with Line Manager and HR.
