Job Description
End-to-End Order Management
- Oversee order management from start to finish, ensuring milestones, lead times and shipping schedules are properly controlled.
- Develop SOPs, trackers and documentation to monitor order progress, production status and risk of delay.
- Set up and maintain new product programs on major customer portals.
- Identify bottlenecks, provide visibility and escalate issues to management in a timely manner.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead order validation and cross-functional meetings to review manufacturing feasibility, margin health and lead times.
- Work closely with Production, Sales, QA and internal teams to resolve roadblocks.
- Monitor internal capacity versus order intake and coordinate corrective action plans when needed.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of 3–5 project/order management staff.
Client Communication & Reporting
- Act as the main communication bridge with major retail clients.
- Respond to client inquiries on production capacity, lead times, quality standards and corrective actions.
- Convert manufacturing data into clear, structured reports and formats required by retailers.
- Drive a culture of accountability, accuracy and result-oriented execution.
Job Requirement
Education & Experience
- Education requirement: Not specified.
- Proven experience in manufacturing, supply chain or project management; relevant manufacturing experience is required.
Skills & Competencies
- Experience in furniture timber, handicraft, ceramic or related manufacturing products.
- Hands-on experience working with Tier-1 retailers such as Walmart, Target, Costco, Home Depot or similar.
- Strong understanding of retailer compliance, portal management and lead-time requirements.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and data modelling; data visualization skills are required.
- Strong leadership, reporting, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Language / Other Requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Able to work with factory teams, internal stakeholders and international retail clients.
- Report to the Vice President of Sales based in the US Office.
- Directly manage 3–5 staff and travel to Vinh Long when required.

- Results-driven, proactive and highly organized.
- Strong ownership in timeline control, margin protection and cross-functional efficiency.
- Able to handle complex manufacturing data and time-sensitive shipping pressure.
- Suitable for a critical management role with future leadership growth potential.
