Job Description
Client Communication
- Communicate with overseas clients and respond to their requests and requirements.
- Support business communication in English or Chinese.
- Follow up with clients on product development, order status and related issues.
Product Development & Order Coordination
- Coordinate product development activities based on client requirements.
- Monitor order status and update relevant stakeholders.
- Work with internal teams to ensure product development and order execution progress smoothly.
Production & Shipment Follow-up
- Manage production and shipment schedules.
- Coordinate with relevant internal departments to ensure timelines are met.
- Support issue follow-up during production, delivery and shipment preparation.
Job Requirement
Education & Experience
- Degree requirement: Not specified.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Sales, Product Development, Merchandising or Sales Coordination; experience in garment accessories, zipper, buttons, metal/mechanical products is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Able to work with overseas clients and internal departments.
- Understanding of product development, order tracking and shipment coordination is preferred.
- Experience in metal/mechanical or apparel accessories industry is an advantage.
Language / Other Requirements
- Able to communicate effectively in English or Chinese in a business setting.
- Work onsite at the factory/office in Rạch Bắp Industrial Park.
- Urgent hiring; fast offer process.
Personality & Attitude
- Proactive, careful and responsible.
- Good communication and coordination mindset.
- Able to follow up details and work across departments.
- Suitable for a manufacturing and export business environment.
