Job Description

Recruitment (70%)

Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and hire tp talent across various departments and levels within the organization
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for candidate selection and assessment
Building and developing candidate database

Development (30%)

Partner with Managers, senior leadership and HR team members to assess organizational needs and develop strategies to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree
Over 3 years experience (trading company in Construction – Building – Water & Wastewater – Plastics – Recycling preferred)
Strong in recruitment, training, searching, and networking
Deep knowledge about labor laws and HR policy
Good at communication and negotiation skills
Familiar with SAP + Salesforce + ISO is an advantage
Proficiency in English
