Job Description
Recruitment (70%)
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and hire tp talent across various departments and levels within the organization
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for candidate selection and assessment
- Building and developing candidate database
Development (30%)
- Partner with Managers, senior leadership and HR team members to assess organizational needs and develop strategies to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree
- Over 3 years experience (trading company in Construction – Building – Water & Wastewater – Plastics – Recycling preferred)
- Strong in recruitment, training, searching, and networking
- Deep knowledge about labor laws and HR policy
- Good at communication and negotiation skills
- Familiar with SAP + Salesforce + ISO is an advantage
- Proficiency in English
