Job Description

Recruitment & Employer Branding

• Receive recruitment requests from departments.
• Post job vacancies on platforms such as Facebook, TopCV, VietnamWorks, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other channels.
• Proactively source candidates through online and offline channels.
• Screen CVs, contact candidates, arrange interviews, and participate in preliminary interviews.
• Track and update candidate databases.
• Conduct onboarding for new employees.
• Create recruitment content and recruitment visuals, and support employer branding activities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment effectiveness reports.

Administration & Internal Coordination

• Manage office stationery, purchase, and distribute supplies when needed.
• Monitor and manage company assets and equipment.
• Support drafting documents and internal announcements.
• Coordinate internal activities, employee birthdays, workshops, company events, and related programs.

Event Support & Other Tasks

• Support planning and logistics preparation for internal and external programs or events.
• Work with partners and suppliers serving company programs.
• Follow event progress and support event operations.
• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirement

Education & Experience

• College or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resources or Recruitment.

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication and situation-handling skills.
• Good organization and work arrangement skills.
• Able to prepare reports and work with recruitment data.
• Canva, CapCut, or other content support tools are an advantage.

Language / Other Requirements

• Language requirement: Not specified.
• Bright appearance is preferred.
• Able to coordinate with departments and units to obtain relevant information and documents.
