Job Description
Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, and various digital channels.
- Respond promptly to inbound leads and accurately qualify customer interest using defined criteria.
- Schedule introductory calls and strategic meetings for account executives to drive the sales cycle forward.
CRM Management & Technology Utilization
- Maintain highly accurate records of all daily activities and prospect conversations within the CRM system.
- Leverage advanced AI-powered tools to research prospects, personalize outreach, and significantly improve overall efficiency.
- Track and achieve daily and weekly activity goals including calls made, emails sent, and meetings successfully booked.
Messaging Strategy & Collaboration
- Learn to deeply tailor outreach messaging to resonate with different buyer personas and diverse industries.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and ensure a smooth handoff process.
- Participate actively in ongoing training to continuously develop discovery, qualification, and professional communication skills.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation is considered a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar modern CRM platforms.
- Experience thriving in high-volume calling or outreach environments.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong developing ability to communicate confidently and professionally with prospects via phone, email, and social channels.
- Comfortable learning and adopting new technology, including sales engagement tools and AI-assisted platforms.
- Effective time management and diagnostic information-gathering skills to uncover customer needs rapidly.

- High enthusiasm for building a long-term career in sales combined with a strong willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
