Job Description
Operate Credit Card/Cash Plus migration and reconciliation activities within the Card Operations Processing Center. Specific tasks include:
- Manual migration collateral: Create FD as collateral facility in UOB system (CDMS), reconcile migrated credit card limits in UOB System (LES).
- Recarding: Monitor daily recarding, handle customer requests regarding delivery status and card replacements, and manage card replacements based on expiration dates.
- Post OD1 stabilization: Reconcile statement generation, and perform other tasks to ensure smooth post-migration operations.
Job Requirement
- University degree (BA) required.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Card and Unsecured Lending Operations via Payment/Banking/Fintech organizations. Specific experience should include: Card/Loan onboarding, maintenance, fraud/dispute/chargeback handling, payment and settlement, regulatory reports.
- Vendor performance management and contract processing (new and renewal).
- Good communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and project management skills.
