Job Description
- Perform APQP and PPAP for new products and new samples.
- Evaluate jigs, measuring machines, and new inspection methods.
- Provide technical support when complex defects arise.
- Develop, issue, and maintain ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 procedures.
- Prepare SOPs, WIs, and Forms.
- Analyze root causes and propose corrective actions when QRQC identifies MA or CR defects.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- College or University Degree in relevant majors.
Experience & Knowledge
- Knowledge of international quality standards such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
- Strong understanding of product inspection and quality evaluation techniques.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in Chinese (English is an advantage).
- Good communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
