Job Description

Quality Inspection & Control

• Conduct comprehensive quality inspections for incoming materials (IQC), in-process production (IPQC), and finished goods prior to outgoing shipment (FQC/OQC).
• Monitor specific production stages including machining, assembly, sanding, painting, and packaging to ensure absolute compliance with all quality standards.

Defect Management & Reporting

• Identify product defects accurately, analyze root causes, and collaborate closely with production teams to implement timely and effective corrective actions.
• Exercise the authority to request immediate corrective actions directly at the specific stage where defects occur.
• Track ongoing quality issues and prepare detailed daily and weekly quality data reports.
• Report directly to the QC Manager and Senior Management regarding overall quality performance and critical issues.

Team Management & Collaboration

• Assign tasks, guide, and continuously train shift-based QC staff to maintain high inspection standards.
• Coordinate professionally with customers and the internal sales team during product inspections and the handling of any quality complaints.
• Propose continuous quality improvements proactively within the assigned workshop or shift.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Quality Control (QC) experience within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Strong preference is given to candidates with direct experience in the wood, furniture, or export manufacturing sectors.
• Solid and practical understanding of production processes and stringent quality inspection standards.

Skills & Competencies

• Fully fluent in English across all four skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening) is strictly required.
• Strong Chinese communication skills are required for effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent teamwork, proactive problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.

Personality & Attitude

• Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and capable of maintaining strict quality standards under pressure.
• Highly flexible and willing to work overtime as strictly required by dynamic production schedules.
