Job Description
Quality System Management
- Manage QMS, including ISO 9001.
- Manage FSC-COC, Higg-FEM, and Sedex SMETA 4P systems.
- Ensure quality systems are maintained and implemented effectively.
Audit, Non-conformity & Quality Improvement
- Handle internal and external audits.
- Investigate non-conformities and drive quality improvement actions.
- Support continuous improvement in quality control and manufacturing quality performance.
Team Management & Cross-functional Coordination
- Manage the QA/QC team.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure quality requirements are met.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
Job Requirement
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Printing Technology, or related fields.
- More than 5 years of experience in QA/QC roles in manufacturing, preferably in the printing or label industry.
Skills & Competencies
- Hands-on experience with ISO 9001, FSC-COC, Higg-FEM, and Sedex SMETA 4P systems.
- Strong knowledge of quality control, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement tools.
- Experience managing internal and external audits and non-conformity investigations.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP.
Language / Other Requirements
- Good English.
- Able to manage QA/QC team operations and coordinate with cross-functional departments.
- Experience in label and packaging printing, including Variable Data, RFID labels, and Hang tags, is preferred.
Personality & Attitude
- High responsibility and detail-oriented.
- Strong improvement mindset.
- Professional in quality system management and audit handling.
- Able to work collaboratively with internal teams.
