Job Description
Technical Support and Quality Control:
- Provide support to the Senior Manager and Sales Manager in technical service and strategy development.
- Conduct daily examinations to ensure product quality meets standards.
- Provide technical support to customers, offering advice and guidance on baking techniques.
Team Management:
- Manage, plan, control, and appraise the performance of the baking team.
- Suggest and implement training plans for staff development.
- Supervise and guide the team to ensure efficient and disciplined work practices.
Baking and Testing:
- Perform inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products.
- Prepare and submit timely reports on baking and testing activities.
- Evaluate and analyze flour quality through testing and end-product analysis.
Research and Development:
- Research and develop new bakery products and improve existing ones.
- Explore and test new additives and ingredients to optimize product quality and cost.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the food industry.
- Intermediate English skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
- Good computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong technical skills in bakery and laboratory procedures.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
