Job Description
- Monitoring and handling daily operations related to Loans, Foreign Exchange, Time Deposits, Interbank, Derivatives and Supply Chain Finance.
- Providing operational support to both internal and external customers within established timelines.
- Supervising team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Ensuring strict compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.
- Coordinating with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure accurate workflows.
- Participating in assigned projects and initiatives as directed by management.
- Preparing timely and accurate reports as requested by the Department Head.
- Performing other related tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirement
- University degree in Economics, Banking, Foreign Trade, Accounting, or Auditing.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations.
- Proven management and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to build relationships and lead effectively.
- Resilient under pressure and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English (4 skills)
