Job Description
Legal Advice and Consultation
- Provide legal advice related to the business operations of the Company and its affiliated units.
- Play a vital role as an internal consultant for all legal affairs of the Company.
Contract Management
- Review and draft contracts, standard contract templates, and other agreements for the Company's and its affiliates' transactions.
Compliance and Regulatory Affairs
- Monitor and ensure compliance with legal regulations and the Company's internal policies.
- Review and assess internal regulations to ensure they are compliant with applicable laws.
- Update and disseminate legal regulations relevant to the Company's operations.
Administrative and External Relations
- Carry out administrative procedures and work with governmental authorities when necessary.
Other Duties
- Perform other legal support tasks related to corporate law as needed.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
- Specializations in Economic Law, Commercial Law, or International Trade are preferred.
Experience & Knowledge
- At least 5 years of experience as a Corporate Legal Specialist.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in in-house legal roles within foreign-invested companies.
- Experience working in the Logistics sector is preferred.
- Experience working in global companies with fewer than 200 employees is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of relevant laws: Civil Code, Enterprise Law, International Business Law, Commercial Law, Investment Law.
Skills & Competencies
- Confident in communicating and working in English (both verbal and written) in a legal/business context.
- Proactive and self-driven in managing tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong team spirit and willingness to support and back up colleagues.
Personality & Attitude
- Flexible and willing to perform legal support tasks as needed.
- Age range: Born between 1990 and 1998 (approx. 27 - 35 years old).
