Job Description

Commercial Space Planning and Operations

• Develop plans for space utilization, commercial floor setup, operational care, and post-leasing management.

Market Research and Feasibility Analysis

• Research competing buildings and upcoming commercial projects.
• Prepare feasibility reports and business proposals for management approval and drive the approved business plans.

Client Acquisition and Partner Development

• Search for, expand, and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Prepare working proposals and negotiate with partners.

Leasing Activities and Occupancy Management

• Promote, market, and advise customers on leasing opportunities to ensure full occupancy of shopping mall space and shophouse podiums.

Channel Development and Team Expansion

• Develop networks of collaborators and expand marketing and sales channels for the company’s products and services.

Cross-Department Collaboration

• Work with related departments to resolve customer service issues and operational matters.

Performance Evaluation and Revenue Optimization

• Evaluate leasing performance and propose solutions to optimize leasing revenue.
• Monitor and ensure leasing KPIs and revenue targets are achieved.

Marketing Coordination

• Coordinate to develop and execute marketing programs that attract tenants and support revenue growth for existing tenants.

Reporting

• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on department activities.

Other Duties

• Perform additional tasks assigned by the Management Board.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial leasing of shopping malls or shophouses.
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market, especially in commercial leasing.
• Understanding of real estate law and regulations.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication skills, quick thinking, adaptability, confidence, and responsibility.
• Ability to manage, supervise, and coordinate tasks effectively; strong pressure-handling skills.
• Fluent in English.
