Job Description
Accounting & Reporting
- Perform bookkeeping and process accounting documents.
- Prepare financial reports as required.
- Track and update new accounting and tax regulations.
Financial Management & Control
- Monitor and manage the company's cash flow.
- Track the implementation of the company's budget.
- Control production costs effectively.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an equivalent position.
- Priority given to candidates with experience in a manufacturing plant.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in using ERP accounting software.
- Strong skills in analysis, data synthesis, reporting, and Microsoft Excel.
- Good English communication skills.
Personality & Attitude
- Highly responsible, careful, and meticulous.
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
