Job Description
Recruitment:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit with the organization.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation and onboarding programs.
Talent Pipeline Management:
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and other talent sources.
HR Administration:
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Support HR initiatives and projects as needed.
Chinese Language Proficiency:
- Communicate effectively in Chinese with candidates, partners, and internal teams.
- Translate documents and communications as required.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment.
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is required.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
