Job Description
Tank Farm and Port Operations
- Oversee the complete operation of tank farm facilities, port systems, and warehouse activities.
- Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations, internal procedures, and technical standards.
- Supervise daily workflows and coordinate with operational teams to maintain efficiency.
Technical Management and Optimization
- Manage tank farm technical processes to ensure stability, safety, and operational effectiveness.
- Monitor facility performance and propose improvements to enhance uptime and operational efficiency.
- Support the setup and operational development of the newly established tank farm rental business.
Customs and Compliance Handling
- Supervise and ensure proper processing of customs documentation and procedures.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- No restriction on nationality, major, or degree.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Tank operation or tank farm management.
- Port operations and warehouse management.
- Customs operations and procedures.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- Good command of English and Vietnamese.
- Strong operational management skills and attention to safety.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
