Job Description
- Quản lý toàn bộ công tác hành chính - tổng vụ của nhà máy: quản lý văn phòng phẩm, tài sản, xe đưa đón, an ninh, vệ sinh môi trường,...
- Thực hiện các công việc liên quan đến giấy phép, pháp lý, làm việc với cơ quan chức năng khi cần.
- Hỗ trợ các hoạt động nội bộ: tổ chức sự kiện, tiếp khách, đặt phòng/đặt vé, quản lý nhà ăn, ký túc xá,...
- Quản lý đội ngũ nhân viên hành chính, bảo vệ, tạp vụ.
- Hỗ trợ các phòng ban khác trong hoạt động vận hành nhà máy.
Job Requirement
- Có từ 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương trong môi trường sản xuất, ưu tiên ngành dệt may nói chung.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp, sắp xếp công việc và xử lý tình huống tốt.
- Cẩn thận, có tinh thần trách nhiệm, trung thực.
- Giao tiếp tiếng Trung tốt.
