Job Description
- Update and maintain accounting records for sales orders and tooling costs
- Track and maintain Engineering and Machine Shop hours in PowerBI (actual vs. budget)
- Record capitalization, transfers, and disposals of fixed assets in the RAM system
- Reconcile fixed asset data between RAM and ERP systems
- Prepare depreciation journal entries
- Support BOM (Bill of Materials) updates in CMS
- Investigate and resolve intercompany mismatches
- Perform corporate account reconciliations
- Manage accounts receivable and monitor payment status of invoices
- Compile supporting documents for tooling/engineering-related purchase orders
- Assist in reviewing overdue tooling invoices and follow-up collection
- Prepare monthly fixed assets and engineering reports
- Ensure compliance with SPI policies, health & safety regulations, and environmental standards
Job Requirement
- Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Analytical skills with the ability to gather information and make decisions within given options
- Fast learner, adaptable, and able to support cross-functional tasks when required
