Job Description
General Ledger:
- Review original vouchers (reimbursement documents, invoices) and ensure compliance, accuracy, and completeness according to expense reimbursement regulations.
- Manage and process various expense accounting entries.
Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable:
- Manage timely booking, collection, and settlement of receivables and payables.
Fixed Assets:
- Record fixed assets.
- Manage and allocate monthly depreciation costs.
General Accounting:
- Reconcile ending balances with voucher reports, ensuring balance between summary and detail figures.
- Prepare monthly reports (VAT, FCT declarations, etc.).
- Allocate costs monthly.
- Check import/export and inventory status; create sales e-invoices according to regulations.
- Other tasks assigned by the Chief Accountant.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or financial management.
- At least 3-5 years of accounting/financial work experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience with ERP systems. Specific ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, AX) are mentioned but should be removed or generalized as per your request to avoid brand names.
- Proficiency in financial software, Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office software. MS Office is kept as it's a general office software suite.
- Familiarity with Vietnamese accounting standards, accounting regulations, and tax laws.
- English writing and speaking skills are preferred.
- Proficient in handling procedural matters.
- Excellent learning and communication skills.
- Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and team spirit.
- Ability to work independently and perform basic financial analysis.
