Job Description
- Track and follow up on the legal processes of real estate projects (zoning plans, investment approvals, land handovers, infrastructure connections, basic designs, construction permits, etc.).
- Liaise with government authorities and prepare required legal documents.
- Analyze laws and regulations related to investment, land, housing, and construction, providing legal insights.
- Conduct legal due diligence for potential projects.
- Draft and submit legal documents, letters, and applications to relevant agencies.
- Organize and maintain legal files and project documentation.
- Support supervisors with creating legal timelines and risk assessments.
- Guide and mentor junior legal staff.
- Act as a key contact for compiling legal progress reports and updates.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Law with solid knowledge of investment law, land law, housing law, and construction regulations.
- 4-5 years of experience as a Legal Executive or similar role in a real estate company or law firm.
- Familiarity with real estate project legal processes and working with authorities.
- Strong English skills (reading and drafting legal documents).
- Detail-oriented, organized, logical thinker, and effective team player.
