Job Description
EHS Management:
- Manage and implement Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs in the workplace.
- Conduct risk assessments, accident investigations, root cause analyses, and implement preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with legal and customer EHS standards.
- Implement and maintain the 6S program across the factory.
General Administration:
- Manage administrative services (canteen, parking, security, cleaning, landscaping, utilities, office supplies, and facility maintenance).
- Monitor contracts, evaluate service providers, and ensure service quality.
- Control the administrative budget and propose cost optimization solutions.
- Ensure compliance with internal administrative policies and procedures.
Compliance & Policy Management:
- Review and update internal policies to comply with labor laws and customer standards.
- Monitor policy implementation and conduct periodic compliance checks.
- Coordinate internal training on policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Safety Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administration or EHS in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication, vendor supervision, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and EHS regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/admin management software.
- Able to use English or Chinese for work purposes (Chinese proficiency is a plus).
