Job Description

  • Review suspicious transactions generated by fraud detection systems, minimizing loss and staying alert to emerging fraud trends.
  • Analyze alerts and investigate transactional activities to detect and minimize fraud losses.
  • Contact customers to verify/validate suspicious transactions via outbound call/email.
  • Prepare shift/daily/weekly reports.
  • Proactively escalate and follow up on resolving system incidents and fraud incidents.
  • Work on a 24x7 shift, meeting productivity and quality expectations.
  • Process offline requests from Acquirers, CPO, and other operating units in a timely manner.
  • Meet expected service levels in handling CPO inbound calls.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking skills; good communication skills.
  • Willingness to work on rotating shifts to provide 24x7 coverage.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, multi-task, and prioritize work.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in banking services, call centers, retail, etc.
