Job Description
- Manage fixed assets: Co-ordinate fixed asset sighting; Process fixed asset requests; Generate FA reports
- Perform general accounting and reporting: Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts; Process period end adjustments; Prepare financial statements
- Perform cost accounting and reporting: Generate cost reports; Analyze and report on cost variances
- Perform budgeting and forecasting: Prepare budgets and forecasts; Analyze variances
- Support yearend activities: Perform yearend rollover in SAP; Support auditors
- Provide external reporting: Generate reports for statistical purposes
Job Requirement
- Good degree in accountancy from a reputable university
- Chartered Accountant (UK) or CPA Australia or equivalent (ie. ACCA) will be an advantage
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in SAP FICO or SAP HANA or Oracle Hyperion or Blackline or XERO or SAGE.
- Microsoft Excel: excellent is must
- Good spoken and written English
- Meticulous and good attention to details
- Strong inter-personal skills and be able to communicate well with business users
- Effective communications and problem-solving skills
- A team player and able to interact with co-workers.
- Able to work independently and under tight timelines
- Willing to work in different time zones and adhere to calendar day deadlines with flexible off and rest days
