Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and objectives.
- Manage all sales activities and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research, identify potential new customers, industries, and market segments.
- Prospect, qualify, and build a pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, business plans, and performance reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Job Requirement
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Printing, Packaging, or other relevant fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales (packaging/printing preferred).
- Sales experience in large global organizations.
- Experience leading a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good command of English (Chinese is a plus).
- Ability to manage, motivate, train, and develop oneself, the team, and factories.
- Strong active listening, negotiation, presentation, communication, and management skills.
- Systematic thinking and sales management skills.
- People-oriented, results-driven, optimistic, and positive.
