Job Description

Sales Representative tasks:

  • Manage assigned accounts and brand-related business activities.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and develop new customers.
  • Achieve sales targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and provide quotations.
  • Work with the CS (Customer Service) team to process orders.
  • Conduct quality checks at factories.
  • Monitor sales, orders, and adjust sales strategies.
  • Attend industry events (trade exhibitions, conferences).
  • Forecast, track, and report on sales performance.
  • Manage customer records in the CRM system.
  • Handle customer complaints (investigation, resolution, reporting).
  • Represent and document customer interests.
  • Support marketing channel development.

Administration tasks:

  • Organize and supervise office activities and operations, ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Manage schedules, travel arrangements, and appointments for management.
  • Handle phone calls and correspondence.
  • Manage office supplies, consumables, and equipment procurement.
  • Manage internet, telephone, and property costs.
  • Oversee company security, safety, and fire prevention.
  • Manage company culture and public relations activities.
  • Manage domestic and international express deliveries.
  • Handle other tasks as required by the manager.

Job Requirement

  • Proven track record in sales and business development.
  • Excellent English and Chinese language skills (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Experience in the labels and packaging industry is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
