Job Description
- Identify areas for improvement in existing R&D processes and products.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance product development and testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes and make adjustments.
- Research and recommend new R&D tools, methodologies, and technologies.
- Contribute to training and knowledge sharing within the R&D team.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in R&D, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
- Experience in the homecare industry is preferred.
- Strong background in product development, process innovation, and testing.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and quality control standards.
- Familiarity with modern R&D tools, methodologies, and trends.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent project management skills, including prioritization and managing multiple projects.
- Strong understanding of market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive products.
