Job Description
- Phụ trách toàn bộ công tác tuân thủ (compliance) tại nhà máy theo yêu cầu của khách hàng và tiêu chuẩn quốc tế (BSCI, WRAP, ISO, Higg Index,...).
- Làm việc với khách hàng, đơn vị audit và các phòng ban nội bộ để chuẩn bị, thực hiện và khắc phục các cuộc đánh giá (audit).
- Xây dựng, cập nhật và quản lý các chính sách, quy trình nội bộ liên quan đến trách nhiệm xã hội, an toàn lao động, môi trường.
- Đào tạo nhân viên và quản lý về chính sách tuân thủ, luật lao động và các yêu cầu liên quan.
- Báo cáo định kỳ và đột xuất cho quản lý và khách hàng liên quan đến hoạt động compliance.
Job Requirement
- Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương tại các công ty sản xuất, ưu tiên ngành dệt may nói chung.
- Hiểu rõ các tiêu chuẩn compliance: BSCI, WRAP, Higg FEM, ISO 14001, SA8000,...
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp và xử lý tình huống tốt.
- Giao tiếp tiếng Trung khá.
