Job Description
Receivables & Credit Management
- Monitor accounts receivable (AR) and control customer credit limits.
- Manage and follow up on overdue payments to ensure healthy cash flow.
- Prepare and submit credit insurance applications to Atradius.
Inventory & Quality Control
- Control and monitor inventory status, ensuring high levels of accuracy.
- Track and manage overdue or aging inventory.
- Handle non-conforming goods (NG) returned from customers or suppliers.
- Manage scrap and secondary inventory, including system approvals (Knox) and ERP updates.
Claim Management & Reporting
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, inspection agencies (Intertek), and shippers to process insurance claims for cargo defects.
- Prepare weekly reports on aging inventory, returns, receivables, and credit status.
- Compile monthly reports and update ERMS data (returns, inventory simulation, AR, scrap status).
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Import/Export, or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable control, inventory control, or risk management.
- Solid knowledge of AR management, credit limits, and inventory control.
- Priority given to candidates with experience in the steel industry or metal processing.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and reporting.
- Good English communication skills suitable for an FDI environment.
Personality & Attitude
- Careful, detail-oriented, and highly responsible.
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
