Job Description
HSE Planning & Risk Management
- Develop and organize professional HSE plans, including Fire Prevention, Occupational Health, and Environmental Protection.
- Establish HSE programs, perform risk assessments, and manage potential workplace hazards.
Compliance & Monitoring
- Monitor and ensure compliance with HSE standards as required by the company and government authorities.
- Conduct periodic reports on HSE status and 5S implementation.
- Manage ISO documentation and relevant legal records.
Operational Support
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor to support departmental functions.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing plant is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of legal regulations regarding occupational health and safety, 5S methodology, ISO standards, and environmental protection.
Skills & Competencies
- Good English communication skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Personality & Attitude
- Proactive, responsible, and capable of working in a professional industrial environment.
