Job Description
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the company's vision, mission, and long-term goals, identifying market opportunities to drive sustainable growth.
- Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of daily operations across multiple coffee shop locations, ensuring exceptional service and product quality.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting, taking corrective actions to achieve financial goals and ensure profitability.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and motivate a high-performing management team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Marketing & Brand Development: Drive marketing strategies to build brand awareness, attract customers, and enhance loyalty.
- Stakeholder Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders (suppliers, partners, customers) and represent the company effectively.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards, mitigating potential business risks.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (foreign degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of senior leadership experience within the F&B industry, preferably with a strong background in coffee shop or restaurant operations.
- Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
- Proven ability in strategic planning and business development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
