Job Description
- Manage all accounting department activities, including general accounting, cost accounting, tax accounting, and other related areas.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting records, financial statements, and related documents.
- Establish and maintain internal control procedures to ensure transparency and compliance.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to regulations.
- Analyze the company's financial situation and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Develop budget plans and monitor their implementation.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, prepare tax reports, and stay updated on tax law changes.
- Manage the company's cash flow, ensuring liquidity, and develop cash flow plans and forecasts.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable.
- Recruit, train, and develop the accounting team, assigning tasks, evaluating performance, and fostering a positive work environment.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Chief Accountant certificate (CPA, ACCA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chief Accountant or equivalent, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- In-depth knowledge of PIT, CIT, VAT, FCT, and related legal regulations.
- Strong management, leadership, financial analysis, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a team.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
- Proficiency in English for reporting and Japanese for communicating with the BOD.
