Job Description

  • Conduct market research on competitors’ activities and pricing.
  • Implement and support sales & presales activities to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Increase customer base by prospecting and developing new business opportunities; manage pipeline in CRM.
  • Provide creative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Engage assigned accounts with real-time support and regular customer visits.
  • Identify and engage end users within assigned segments; build strong relationships with end users and dealers.
  • Communicate with channel partners and end users to understand requirements and market changes.
  • Recommend improvements based on market and channel feedback.
  • Provide input on sales and marketing programs.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects or assignments from management.

Key Result Areas (KRA):

  • Sales Achievement – Position LFP products, update CRM, support channels, organize seminars/roadshows, and achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Engagement – Build strong relationships, co-develop customers with partners, manage pipeline, and improve sales closure ratio.
  • Channel Development – Develop strategic partnerships, co-host events with partners, conduct joint visits, and strengthen partner trust.
  • Communication & Coordination – Ensure clear communication across departments and partners, work closely with product managers and post-sales teams.
  • Teamwork – Prioritize tasks effectively, optimize resources, and contribute as a team player.

Job Requirement

Education:

  • Diploma or Degree (preferably in Marketing) or equivalent experience.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience.
  • At least 1 year in the related industry.
  • Strong understanding of industry dynamics and in-depth knowledge of the printing industry.

  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong integrity and ethical standards.
  • Good time management and multitasking skills.
