Warehouse Operation Financial Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions related to warehouse operations.
- Prepare financial reports and statements, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Monitor and manage budgets related to warehouse activities.
Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels are maintained.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management.
- Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy.
Delivery and Truck Planning Management:
- Plan and manage delivery schedules and truck routes to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to clients and other warehouses.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse staff to streamline operations.
Accounting Expertise:
- Utilize advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and standards.
- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting within a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Proven experience in warehouse management, delivery management, and truck planning.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Good communication skills in both Vietnamese; English proficiency is not required but is an advantage.
