Purchasing Team & Process Management
- Recruit, train, assign, evaluate, and manage the order follow-up purchasing team.
- Build, implement, and optimize purchasing SOPs covering purchase order issuance, delivery tracking, goods receipt, reconciliation, and payment.
- Coordinate with Planning, Equipment, Quality Assurance, Process Engineering, and related departments to resolve purchasing and delivery issues.
Order Follow-up & Issue Resolution
- Review and approve purchase order requests and payment requests prepared by order follow-up staff.
- Monitor supplier preparation, production, and delivery milestones, and provide early warnings for orders at risk of delay.
- Handle delivery delays, quality risks, failed inspections, and urgent delivery solutions to minimize impact on production plans.
Supplier Performance & Purchasing Risk Control
- Track and evaluate supplier delivery performance through indicators such as on-time delivery rate and quality pass rate.
- Work regularly with suppliers to address delivery issues, improve delivery capability, and reduce supply chain risks.
- Manage purchasing records, factory audit documents, and purchasing risk control activities.

Education & Experience
- College degree or above.
- Experience in a similar position; background in manufacturing or production companies is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of purchasing operations, procurement workflow, order follow-up, and supplier management.
- Experience in team management and the ability to lead and operate a purchasing team effectively.
- Ability to build processes, control delivery progress, handle purchasing issues, and manage supply risks.
- Good capability in supplier performance analysis, delivery data tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
Language / Other Requirements
- Fluent Chinese across four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Age requirement: candidates born between the 1970s and 1990s.
- Ability to work directly with Chinese management.

- Proactive, careful, and highly responsible.
- Strong management mindset with good coordination and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication skills when working with internal teams and suppliers.
- Process improvement mindset and focus on purchasing operational efficiency.
