Mô tả công việc

Support the Quality Department in translation tasks, document management, and coordination with other departments to ensure quality processes are executed accurately and efficiently.
Translate Chinese ↔ Vietnamese for technical documents, quality reports, SOPs, process guidelines, and internal emails.
Provide interpreting support during meetings, training sessions, instructions, and communication with suppliers, customers, or Chinese colleagues.
Review, translate, and standardize quality forms, documentation, inspection reports, and test results.
Organize and archive documents and paperwork for the Quality Department, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and easy retrieval.
Actively learn quality standards, techniques, and procedures to improve translation accuracy and effectiveness.
Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors to support the daily operations of the Quality Department.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education & Qualifications

College or University degree in Chinese Language, Translation – Interpretation, or related fields.

Experience & Knowledge

Fluent proficiency in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
Preferred candidates have experience in QA/QC, manufacturing, or technical translation.

Skills & Competencies

Detail-oriented, careful, honest, and responsible.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willing to follow work requirements and assignments from supervisors.
