Job Description
- Support the Quality Department in translation tasks, document management, and coordination with other departments to ensure quality processes are executed accurately and efficiently.
- Translate Chinese ↔ Vietnamese for technical documents, quality reports, SOPs, process guidelines, and internal emails.
- Provide interpreting support during meetings, training sessions, instructions, and communication with suppliers, customers, or Chinese colleagues.
- Review, translate, and standardize quality forms, documentation, inspection reports, and test results.
- Organize and archive documents and paperwork for the Quality Department, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and easy retrieval.
- Actively learn quality standards, techniques, and procedures to improve translation accuracy and effectiveness.
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors to support the daily operations of the Quality Department.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- College or University degree in Chinese Language, Translation – Interpretation, or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- Fluent proficiency in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- Preferred candidates have experience in QA/QC, manufacturing, or technical translation.
Skills & Competencies
- Detail-oriented, careful, honest, and responsible.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willing to follow work requirements and assignments from supervisors.
