Mô tả công việc
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs for new hires and existing agents, focusing on product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Create and maintain training materials (manuals, guides, presentations).
- Evaluate training program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated on project SOPs and best practices.
- Prepare and present training reports (client or internal).
- Focus on improving agent skills and knowledge.
- Review performance appraisals and facilitate discussions about individual development plans.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Associate's degree in Education, Communications, or a related field.
- Fluency in English (TOEIC 650 or equivalent) and Chinese (HSK 4 or equivalent).
- At least 1 year of experience in the same position (BPO industry experience).
- Excellent training, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technology platforms is a plus.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to work overtime if needed.
