Mô tả công việc

Design, develop, and deliver training programs for new hires and existing agents, focusing on product knowledge and customer service skills.
Create and maintain training materials (manuals, guides, presentations).
Evaluate training program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Stay updated on project SOPs and best practices.
Prepare and present training reports (client or internal).
Focus on improving agent skills and knowledge.
Review performance appraisals and facilitate discussions about individual development plans.

Yêu cầu công việc

Associate's degree in Education, Communications, or a related field.
Fluency in English (TOEIC 650 or equivalent) and Chinese (HSK 4 or equivalent).
At least 1 year of experience in the same position (BPO industry experience).
Excellent training, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technology platforms is a plus.
Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
Willingness to work overtime if needed.
