Mô tả công việc

Actively seek new customers, expand market reach, and introduce company products to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide after-sales support.
Regularly monitor product performance and propose spare parts or service solutions to customers.
Understand customers’ technical requirements, conduct site surveys, and propose suitable technical solutions.
Develop and prepare detailed design drawings in accordance with customer specifications and operational requirements.
Handle product complaints and coordinate with internal technical teams for troubleshooting.
Perform installation, commissioning, supervision, and customer training activities.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field.

Professional Knowledge

Solid understanding of pneumatic systems.
Knowledge of industrial equipment, lifting solutions, or material handling systems is an advantage.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales, B2B sales, or related technical roles.

Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and technical drawing.
Ability to work independently with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.

Languages

Good command of English, both written and spoken.
