Job Description
- Actively seek new customers, expand market reach, and introduce company products to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide after-sales support.
- Regularly monitor product performance and propose spare parts or service solutions to customers.
- Understand customers’ technical requirements, conduct site surveys, and propose suitable technical solutions.
- Develop and prepare detailed design drawings in accordance with customer specifications and operational requirements.
- Handle product complaints and coordinate with internal technical teams for troubleshooting.
- Perform installation, commissioning, supervision, and customer training activities.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field.
Professional Knowledge
- Solid understanding of pneumatic systems.
- Knowledge of industrial equipment, lifting solutions, or material handling systems is an advantage.
- Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales, B2B sales, or related technical roles.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and technical drawing.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
Languages
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
