Mô tả công việc

Recruitment Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate with HRBP and business leaders to forecast hiring demands.
  • Optimize recruitment channels.

Employer Branding:

  • Lead employer branding initiatives.
  • Manage recruitment campaigns and content.

Team Management:

  • Lead and coach the TA team.
  • Monitor team KPIs and provide feedback.

Stakeholder & Process Management:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
  • Ensure smooth and professional hiring process.
  • Enhance recruitment systems and tools.

Talent Pipeline & Succession Planning:

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines.
  • Partner with L&D team on talent programs.

Compliance & Standards:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal audit requirements.
  • Promote DEI practices in hiring.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
  • At least 5-7 years of recruitment experience, with 2+ years in managerial roles, preferably in Retail, FMCG, F&B chain or Hospitality sectors.
  • Strong experience in volume hiring, frontline recruitment, and employer branding.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
