Recruitment Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with HRBP and business leaders to forecast hiring demands.
- Optimize recruitment channels.
Employer Branding:
- Lead employer branding initiatives.
- Manage recruitment campaigns and content.
Team Management:
- Lead and coach the TA team.
- Monitor team KPIs and provide feedback.
Stakeholder & Process Management:
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
- Ensure smooth and professional hiring process.
- Enhance recruitment systems and tools.
Talent Pipeline & Succession Planning:
- Build and maintain talent pipelines.
- Partner with L&D team on talent programs.
Compliance & Standards:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal audit requirements.
- Promote DEI practices in hiring.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
- At least 5-7 years of recruitment experience, with 2+ years in managerial roles, preferably in Retail, FMCG, F&B chain or Hospitality sectors.
- Strong experience in volume hiring, frontline recruitment, and employer branding.
- Proven ability to manage and develop teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
