- Supervise and track the recruitment process, ensuring effectiveness and alignment with market trends.
- Develop and implement Employer Branding plans, including digital presence, internal engagement activities, and content creation.
- Manage internship programs and young talent initiatives.
- Review and update company regulations and policies to ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor law.
- Oversee employee relations activities, including workplace dialogues, employee conferences, and long-service reward programs.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR professionals.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law.
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent skills in recruitment, negotiation, planning, problem-solving, and resource management.
- Highly responsible, careful, honest, and hardworking.
