Job Description

Supervise and track the recruitment process, ensuring effectiveness and alignment with market trends.
Develop and implement Employer Branding plans, including digital presence, internal engagement activities, and content creation.
Manage internship programs and young talent initiatives.
Review and update company regulations and policies to ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor law.
Oversee employee relations activities, including workplace dialogues, employee conferences, and long-service reward programs.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR professionals.

Job Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Economics, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law.
At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent skills in recruitment, negotiation, planning, problem-solving, and resource management.
Highly responsible, careful, honest, and hardworking.
