Mô tả công việc
- Manage the team in general.
- Train the knowledge base, support agents in real-time on the floor to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations and the continuous achievement of operational SLAs and targets through hands-on management.
- Manage key insights through QA/QC, and follow up on team performance/KPIs.
- Responsible for team mentoring.
- Keep track of schedule adherence and provide real-time floor support to agents.
- Handle escalations and supervisor calls/sessions, and take Tier 1 calls for specific durations to stay updated on process knowledge.
- Motivate team members to achieve company targets, considering key metrics.
- Share knowledge and address associate issues through floor walking, live call barging, and providing real-time/historic coaching and feedback.
- Conduct regular sessions to brief mentees on critical process issues as directed.
- Share quality audit findings and coach associates on appropriate measures to correct quality process hygiene.
- Contribute recommendations for process and product improvement to the Delivery Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Proficient in English and Chinese for work (reading & writing only).
- More than 1 year of experience in a relevant position.
- People management skills are a plus.
