1. Job Overview:

We're seeking a driven and knowledgeable SEO Sub Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with the SEO Lead to implement advanced SEO strategies, manage specific SEO initiatives, and mentor junior team members. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of technical SEO, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and a keen interest in the evolving landscape of AI-driven SEO.

2. Key Responsibilities:

Programmatic SEO Implementation:

• Assist the SEO Lead in executing AI-driven programmatic SEO strategies across various projects.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of programmatic SEO campaigns, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.

Technical SEO Expertise:

• Conduct thorough technical SEO audits of websites to identify and resolve technical issues hindering search engine visibility.
• Stay abreast of the latest SEO best practices and algorithm updates to ensure websites adhere to the highest standards.

Data-Driven Optimization:

• Analyze website traffic, rankings, and user behavior data to identify opportunities for SEO improvement.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on SEO performance, providing actionable insights to the team and stakeholders.

Team Collaboration & Mentorship:

• Work closely with other SEO team members, including content specialists, outreach specialists, and developers.
• Provide guidance and support to junior SEO team members, fostering their professional growth and development.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an SEO role, demonstrating a strong understanding of core SEO concepts and practices.

Skills:

• Solid understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and off-page optimization strategies.
• Proficiency in using SEO analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse individuals.
