Engineering Design & Technical Proposals
- Prepare complete engineering design packages for water and wastewater treatment systems.
- Develop flow diagrams, P&IDs, technical specifications, and cost estimates.
- Support commissioning planning and related technical documentation.
- Independently manage assigned tasks and engineering schedules.
Sales & Customer Support
- Coordinate with the Sales team to visit customers and conduct site surveys.
- Provide technical consultation during client meetings and presentations.
- Translate customer requirements into suitable technical solutions and proposals.
- Support business-development activities for water treatment, wastewater treatment, and chemical solutions.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of sales experience; experience and customer networks in pharmaceutical, semiconductor, food and beverage, textile, or cosmetics industries are preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of water treatment systems, wastewater treatment systems, and industrial chemicals.
- Good understanding of sales and marketing activities.
- Able to prepare flow diagrams, P&IDs, specifications, cost estimates, and commissioning documentation.
- Good site-survey, technical-consultation, presentation, and customer-support skills.
- Able to work independently and manage schedules effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Language / Other Requirements
- Able to use English effectively at work.
- Japanese proficiency is an advantage.
- Candidates should be at least 30 years old.
- Open to both male and female candidates.

- Customer-focused and commercially minded.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
