Recruitment & Onboarding (70%)
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent across various departments and organizational levels.
- Collaborate directly with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and provide expert guidance on best practices for candidate selection and assessment.
- Build, continuously develop, and manage a highly robust candidate database for current and future hiring needs.
- Oversee the entire onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization and strict alignment with the company's culture and core values.
- Evaluate employee probation periods meticulously and manage the evaluation and renewal processes for all labor contracts.
Organization Development & Engagement (30%)
- Partner strategically with department managers, senior leadership, and HR team members to assess overall organizational needs.
- Develop and execute effective strategies to significantly enhance employee engagement, workplace productivity, and long-term retention.
- Support and facilitate internal workshops, training sessions, and team-building activities to consistently promote a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment.

Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- Over 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
- Prior experience working in a trading company, particularly within the Construction, Building, Water & Wastewater, Plastics, or Recycling sectors, is highly preferred.
- Deep and updated knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws, HR policies, and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with systems such as SAP, Salesforce, and ISO standards is considered a strong advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional proficiency in English for daily professional communication.
- Strong capabilities in full-cycle recruitment, training, active candidate searching, and professional networking.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to work effectively with candidates and internal leadership.
Personality & Attitude
- Highly proactive, structured, and capable of working independently in a flexible remote office setup.
- Dedicated to fostering a positive corporate culture with a strong sense of empathy, fairness, and professional integrity.
